Even if it's the coolest project in the world, you have to have a budget. It helps me pay the bills, and it helps keep you invested in the project.
Time
Time is something neither of us can get back. That's why it is so important that we use the time we have wisely and answer each other promptly.
passion
You have to have passion about the project. It needs to be important. Passion is infectious and it makes me want to do amazing work for you.
Goals
You've got to have realistic and measurable goals for the project. If you don't have them, we can't measure how successful the project was and it leads us to ask why it is being worked on anyway.
